Colored Coconut

Few drops food coloring
1 teaspoon water
Flaked or grated coconut

Mix food coloring and water in a 1-pint jar. Fill with coconut. Seal jar and shake until coconut is the desired color. Use to decorate cupcakes or any desserts.
